Exercise and physical fitness are correlated terms. Physical fitness can be achieved only through exercise. Exercising doesn’t mean that you have to keep on working out throughout the day. But the calories lost while exercising never comes back because your body burns those extra calories to keep you away from diseases. Setting goals and monitoring the results is an important part of exercise and physical fitness. There is no age for exercising. A well-planned and regular fitness regime constituting aerobics and stretching sessions or a sports session can make you lose weight and be in shape for a long time.

Now don’t starve yourself to death in order to have a hourglass figure. Exercise regularly and see the difference it makes to your figure. For men who want to be physically fit, gyms are the best place to work out under a professional instructor. Every form of exercise has a specific benefit. So whatever exercise you perform, results will be positive.

If the weight excess too much, is more safe for your knee joint if choose swimming to burn fat so decrease the weight. thanks ^^
