There are several things that you can to to reduce your weight: 1. Increase your cardio. 2. eat 5 times per day, stay away from the white foods. 3. Increase your weight training because muscle helps to burn more calories. Any further questions just call me at 678-368-9882...Larry, certified personal trainer.

There are several things that you can do to reduce your body weight: 1. Increase your metabolism by eating more, 5 meals per day...breakfast, midbreakfast, lunch, mid lunch and dinner. 2. Increase your cardio 3. stay away from the white foods, i.e., white rice, bread, etc. 4. increase your weight training as the more muscle that you have the more calories that you are burning. I can guide you to a useful and healthy dietary programe where you can lose between 3 - 6 kgs per week. However I need to know some fact about you; how old are you? how tall are you? do you suffer from any chrinic disease? I myself tried this programe for two weeks and lost 7kgs. If you are interested, please send these info.

There are a few variables that I do not know about you, however, generally speaking that is, you can up your cardio, i.e., running, eliptical, etc. so try to get your metabolism to run faster. Also take in about 5 small meals per day and don't forget about the weight training. Lastly, if you are in the Atlanta area give me a call at 678-368-9882 and I would be glad to help you to expedite matters as I am a personal trainer. Larry.
